The candidate will work with staff throughout the hospital and at remote offices to correct problems, configure, deploy and move equipment and provide frontline instruction to end users, as needed. In addition to PCs and printers, the candidate will work with networking, telephones, mobile devices, etc. The candidate will also be responsible for fulfilling and tracking service requests in our Helpdesk ticketing system.
