Primary Care - Bristol offers primary and preventative health care services for adult patients. We also offer a variety of other health care services through the work of our “Community Health Team” members including Dietician/ Nutrition Services and Behavioral Health. See below for more information on our Community Health Team members and the services they offer.

Community Health Team ServiceWe strive to work as a team with our patients as partners in improving and maintaining their optimum health, and to meet the needs and expectations of our patients when they are sick or injured.

In addition to providing primary care services, Primary Care - Bristol offers a Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) program for patients dealing with opiate addiction. Through a combination of Buprenorphine (Suboxone) medication, Naltrexone (Vivitrol) medication, counseling services and other support, we provide a valuable service in our community. Our patients also have the benefit of convenient access to an outpatient pharmacy, as we share our building with the Marble Works Pharmacy of Bristol.
