Chronic Disease Self-Management Programs

FREE Diabetes Management Workshop

FREE Diabetes Management Program to begin Tuesday, March 26th, at the Bristol Federated Church in Bristol. Our trained facilitators are here to help people with type 2 diabetes learn and receive encouragement to eat better, become more active and decrease the risk of serious health problems related to diabetes. This workshop meets six weeks from 9-11:30 AM, is FREE, and REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
