Meredith Walker Hanson, FNP, BC

Meredith is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who joined Porter Pediatric in June of  2016.  She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Vermont in 2015.  She graduated from Connecticut College with a BA in English and Child Development . Prior to her nursing career, Meredith worked in public health with a particular interest in childhood obesity and pediatric nutrition.  She feels privileged to work with children of all ages and their families, with a particular passion for preventive healthcare and nutrition.  In her free time, she enjoys traveling, paddle boarding and spending time with her husband and family.
